When you download and launch the App, we may collect operational data necessary to run the Service, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, and session duration. To recommend more suitable routes, we may process approximate location information. This data is used to: 1. optimize route selection based on Transocks VPN node distribution; 2. analyze regional connection trends through aggregated anonymous data; and 3. send important service updates, security notices, or account reminders through your reserved email or username.

We only transmit aggregated anonymous data to necessary third-party partners, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, diagnostics, and feature improvement. We do not share your personal information with third parties except when: 1. required by legal process or regulation; 2. necessary to protect user safety or investigate fraud; or 3. working with entrusted service providers under strict confidentiality obligations. To stop new data collection, remove the App using the standard uninstall process on your device.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable retention window afterward. If you need to cancel your account and delete your personal profile, please contact our privacy team via [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such information was collected by mistake, we will begin deletion procedures. Guardians may also contact us through the same email so we can take necessary action.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time based on regulatory requirements or business changes. You are advised to review this page regularly. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
