This agreement is a legal contract between you and Transocks VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (the 'App').
By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to this agreement. Please read it carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, source-code extraction, app-text translation, or derivative development is prohibited. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions or service fees, and any fee changes will be communicated clearly. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device is not recommended.
The Service integrates necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. During use, you are also bound by the terms of those partners.
The Service depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by device arrears, data limits, weak signal, carrier restrictions, or local network conditions. When used outside Wi-Fi, your mobile carrier may charge data fees. If you enable roaming outside your home country without a suitable data plan, those charges are your responsibility.
Users are responsible for their own use of the App. For example, inability to access the Service due to battery depletion, system permission limits, or local network failure is not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate routing information, but some data may come from third-party partners. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install updates when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services within a reasonable scope.
